Match Report
Dulwich College U13A vs  Triangular with Skinners and Eltham College
On: Saturday, 24 Nov 2018
Venue: at Home

A fantastic morning brought teams from Eltham College and London Skinners to Dulwich College for a triangular fixture. All the squads were excited to see how they would fair against more than just one opposition.

Dulwich College played Skinners first up and in keeping with a theme throughout the season, the players started rather passively. However, five minutes down the line and some great rugby was being played by both sides. The away team were considerably more physical, however, the Dulwich defence remained consistently solid for large parts of the first half. The game flowed back and forth, with the score at half-time being 15-5 to Skinners. The players still felt very much in the game with only minor errors to correct, however, the away side were relentless in the second half and blew the home team away with some excellent attacking rugby in a disappointing fifteen minutes for the Dulwich players.

The squad were looking to bounce back and proudly, they gave a much more balanced and determined performance against an equally talented Eltam College side. The score remained close throughout the game, which kept spirits up, with the defensive effort from the home side growing in intensity. Committment was excellent, along with a sense of togetherness come the end of the game. Dulwich lost four tries to three, however, finished the morning on a real high.
