Match Report
Dulwich College U13B vs  Hampton School
On: Saturday, 12 Jan 2019
Venue: at Home

The 13B's put in a credible effort and performance against a strong Hampton team in their first match of the season.

Despite going down 2-0 early after struggling to cope with the size and pace of Hampton's striker, Dulwich managed to gain a foothold in the game with crisp passing and movement.

Tom Cooper, Alex Chan and Freddie Beacon played out from the back with confidence and Charlie Mills, Charlie Ackerman and Amari Waller-Broom always looked threatening in advanced areas.

Joshua Usideme hit the bar with a long range strike but his persistence told as he took two well taken goals to get Dulwich back into the game at half time.

Unfortunately Hampton had too much quality in the second half and the final score was 6-3 to the visitors.

An encouraging start for the DC boys and it looks as though, if they work hard in training, they have lots of potential for the year ahead.
