Dulwich College U15D vs  St Paul's School
On: Saturday, 01 Dec 2018
Venue: at Home

After a multi-year absence from the fixture list, Dulwich once again faced off against St Paul's School in their final game of the season.

In soggy conditions, and playing 13-a-side due to absences, Dulwich got off to a slow start, conceding two finely-worked tries in the first ten minutes. With a fine kicking game and well-rehearsed set plays, the visitors dominated proceedings, and Dulwich did well to hold their opponents to just 19 points heading into the break.

The tide turned in the second half, however, as Dulwich found their footing in the game. Strong running by captain Henry Aldous, Loore Onabolu, and Oliver Kelly punched holes in the St Paul's defence, allowing DC to run in three unanswered scores to tie the game with ten minutes to go.

The visitors dug deep though, setting up camp in the Dulwich twenty-two in the final minutes. A huge defensive effort kept them at bay for several minutes, only for St Paul's to eventually crash over the line on the last play, sending DC to a heartbreaking loss.
