Match Report
Dulwich College U14A vs  Eton College
On: Saturday, 06 Oct 2018
Venue: Away

This weekend the U14s made the journey across London to face Eton College. In extremely adverse weather conditions, Dulwich were slow off the mark, conceding two tries in the opening 10 minutes of the game. As the half progressed, Dulwich began to build some momentum, stringing together passages of play and finding themselves in some positive attacking position.

Dulwich continued to build pressure late in to the first half, managing to maintain possession well given the conditions. Just before the half, Dulwich's efforts were rewarded with a push over try to take the score to 12-5 in favour of the hosts.

The rain continued to pour throughout the second half and despite their best efforts, Dulwich found themselves camped in their own half with Eton playing the conditions far better, scoring two second half tries compared to Dulwich's one (22-12). Unfortunately huge defensive efforts from Tom Speed, Leo Coiro and Max Williams weren't quite enough to keep Eton at bay.

Despite the result, Dulwich have made huge strides in their attacking structure and organisation over the past couple of weeks and are showing real promise.
