Match Report
Dulwich College 1st XV vs  Brighton College
On: Saturday, 29 Sep 2018
Venue: Away

The 1st XV started slowly, conceding an early 12 point margin. This spurred Dulwich back into life, Captain Max Bliss scorching away from his own 22m line to score a remarkable individual effort. Followed up quickly by a superb team score finished by Jack Springate. Mikel Davies scored an opportunistic interception try with a cool finish in the corner on the stroke of half-time. 17-12 ht.

The second half was a dogged affair, with Brighton dominating possession, and Dulwich spurning the hard fought possession back too quickly. After a series of close drives, an Enzo Croy yellow card, Brighton scored from a driving maul to level the scores with five minutes to play. Both teams threw caution to the wind in the hope of victory; Brighton knocked on when time was up and Olu Odunlami exploded away from inside his own half to seal a hard fought and close victory.
