Match Report
Dulwich College U15A vs  St Olave's Grammar School, Kent
On: Thursday, 23 Sep 2021
Venue: Away

In today’s performance vs St. Olaves the year 10 A’s put in a good performance against a side who were strong in the rucks and had big strong ball carriers who brought them across the line for their try. The Dulwich boys themselves put in a good performance by being able to neutralise their carrying treat with good tackles from Will Davies and Henry Gooderham. We also posed a great attacking threat by breaking tackles through the middle with good offloads and spreading it out wide to score in the corner totalling 8 tries scored by Hamish Milhench, Monty Pedrini, Noah Ridgeon and Charlie Pickering with 4 conversions from Tristan Saunders. Despite the win we could improve on our numbers in defence, the abundance of penalties conceded, and despite a few turnovers, rucking at the breakdown as we lost the ball when we were in possession. Overall a good win and we are happy to progress to the next round in the cup.
